Silencing of miR-149-5p enhances the sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells to cisplatin in vivo. (A) Representative images of the tumors are shown in the xenograft model of nude mice. (B) At 7 days after the inoculation of the SK-OV-3 cells, the mice were intraperitoneal injected with 15 mg/kg cisplatin (CDDP) twice per week for 5 weeks.
