Electrochemical deposition of Cu nanoparticles on rGO. (A) Electrochemical experiments were performed by an electrochemical workstation (CHI600C, CH Instrument Inc., U.S.) in a conventional three-electrode electrochemical cell. The rGO electrode, a Pt mesh, and an Ag/AgCl (3 M NaCl) electrode were used as the working, counter, and reference electrodes, respectively. (B) SEM image of Cu electrodeposited on a rGO electrode in 50 mM CuSO4 solution at −0.6 V. (C) SEM image of Cu electrodeposited on a rGO electrode in 10 mM CuSO4 solution at −0.6 V.
