Graphene–AuNP-based SERS platform for multiplex DNA detection. The large-sized graphene films were grown by CVD on copper foils and then transferred onto SiO2/Si substrate. Graphene film was then decorated with AuNPs by immersing it into HAuCl4 solution. The detection of target and multiplex (two targets) DNA by Au-G–SiO2/Si substrate-based SERS sensor.
