Paeonol increases miR-30a levels in VECs stimulated with ox-LDL. (A) The levels of miR-30a in VECs ox-LDL were detected by SYBR Green PCR. VECs were transfected with miR-30a mimic and inhibitor, after paeonol pretreatment with 60 μM for 24 h and ox-LDL-stimulated VECs for another 24 h, then expression of miR-30a was measured by SYBR Green PCR. (B) VECs viability was detected by MTT assay after transfected with miR-30a mimic and inhibitor.
