Conditional inactivation of cGKI. (A) Conditional inactivation by Wnt1-Cre results in the complete absence of cGKI protein in embryonic DRGs as revealed by Western blot detection of cGKI in cytosolic fractions of E13.5 DRG from cGKI^wt/wt, cGKI^KO/fl, and cGKI^KO/fl;Wnt1^Cre mice.
