Notes: SKOV3 cells were transfected with Raptor siRNA for 24 h and then treated with cardamonin (20 μM), rapamycin (0.1 μM), and AZD8055 (0.1 μM) for 24 h. Protein expression of phosphorylation and total S6K1 extracted from the total cell extracts were assayed by Western blotting.
