ELISA-detected binding of sVLDLR to immobilized fibrinogen and fibrin (A) and their recombinant (Bβ1-66)2 and (β15-66)2 fragments (B). Increasing concentrations of sVLDLR were incubated with microtiter wells coated with freshly purified fibrinogen or fibrin (A) and with the (Bβ1-66)2 or (β15-66)2 fragments (B), and bound sVLDLR was detected with anti-VLDLR mAb 5F3, as described in Materials and methods.
