Homer1a regulates autophagy following oxidative stress. HT-22 cells were transfected with LV-NC or LV-Homer1a for 48 h and exposed to H₂O₂ (600 μM) for 24 h. The expression of LC3II, Beclin1 and P62 at 24 h after H₂O₂ treatment were detected by Western blot analysis (A–D). LC3II was also detected with Immunofluorescence staining at 24 h after H₂O₂ treatment (E), and the number of LC3 puncta (arrows) were calculated (F). Scale bar = 10 μm.
