Silencing Rac1 affects the levels of apoptosis-related proteins. The levels of caspase-3 (A, B), caspase-9 (C, D), PARP (E, F), Bax (G, H), and Bcl-2 (I, J) were detected by Western blot analysis. The relative protein levels were calculated using GAPDH as the internal reference.
