Deficiency of FGF15 attenuates both basal and HFD induced liver fibrosis. (C) The relative mRNA expression of Collagen 1α1 and Timp1 was decreased in HFD fed Fgf15−/− mice compared to WT mice while expression of Tgfβ1 and Ctgf was not altered.
