Flow reactor design for studying aerosol production from real plant volatile emissions. Humidified air and ozone-enriched air were added to air from the plant enclosure before entering the flow reactor. Three-way valves were located downstream of the plant enclosures to select which plant volatiles were used in aerosol experiments. Clean dilution air was added to adjust the VOC concentration to measure aerosol yields across a range of aerosol mass loadings.
