Phosphorylation levels from individual trials as a function of the holoenzyme radius and Ca2+ input frequency. Each radius condition contains 15 trials. For the trials with 10 Hz input, a one-way ANOVA test (F = 1.806, p = 0.157) was performed. Despite no statistically significant difference among radius conditions, a regression analysis shows a steady upward trend (slope = 4.359, p = 0.025) with statistical significance in phosphorylation level as the holoenzyme radius increases.
