J20 mice and their age-matched WT littermates were treated with vehicle or EP (0.5 mg/kg) i.p. once daily for 5 days; 6 h after the final treatment, blood samples were obtained from the mice for measurement of coagulation factors by Western blotting (7.5 μl per sample) (A–H) and by ELISA (I).
