The blockchain is used to process new blocks of transactions, store and send keys and audit itself. The data storage contains encrypted data. Users send and sell their data using the marketplace (users), validate data (data validators), buy personal medical data (customers) and use LifePound as a cryptocurrency (LifePound users). The system is not fully open, and the public instances are used in cryptographic proofs for users to guarantee the marketplaces functioning correctness.
