Effect of transient transfection with pmirGLO-3′-UTR-hRFVT3 on luciferase activity. Caco-2 (A) and HuTu-80 (B) cells were transiently transfected with pmirGLO vector or the pmirGLO-3′-UTR-hRFVT3 construct, and then harvested and lysed in passive lysis buffer. Luciferase activities were measured and normalized with basal Renilla luciferase activities. The empty pmirGLO vector was set to 100% for luciferase activity.
