Phototoxicity and dark toxicity of mTHPC (0, 2 and 10 μm)‐loaded UU11 mer in six different cell lines (A431, HT29, L929, J744A.1, CAL27 and A253) after 24 h incubation. The photosensitization was performed at RT with a laser at 652 nm at a dose rate of app. 50 J cm⁻². The cell viability was measured with a Tecan Infinite® 200 microplate reader, at a wavelength of 490 nm.
