A linear mixed model with ‘nest’ as random factor was used (lme4 package Bates et al., 2015). In bold the significant P-value is indicated (P< 0.05), N = 88 individuals. NumDF is nominator degrees of freedom, DenDF is denominator degrees of freedom.
