Panels A and B shows mRNA expression of BDNF and GDNF, respectively, in major pelvic ganglia after intravenous infusion of bone marrow–derived MSCs. The relative expression levels of BDNF and GDNF mRNA in major pelvic ganglia were significantly higher in the bone marrow–derived MSC group (P < .05).
