The table reports baseline characteristics for several central variables in the placebo group and the active group: age, sex, mini mental status examination score (MMSE), Mobilization-Observation-Behavior-Intensity-Dementia-2 Pain Scale score (MOBID-2), Cornell Scale for Depression in Dementia score (CSDD). No statistical significant differences were found between the groups.
