High-frequency repetitive magnetic stimulation increases synaptic plasticity following oxygen and glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) injury. (A) Synaptophysin and postsynaptic density protein-95 (PSD-95) expressions were examined by qRT-PCR. The relative expression of target genes was normalized with respect to the OGD/R+sham group and was calculated using 2−ΔΔCt method.
