Biotin ingestion of 10 mg/d for 7 days was associated with significant increased biotin concentrations (P < .001), as well as falsely decreased results in the Roche cobas e602 TSH (P = .006), OCD Vitros 5600 TSH (P < .001), and OCD Vitros 5600 PTH (P < .001) assays. A unique color is used for each participant across all panels. Dotted lines represent the lower and the upper reference range for the assay.
