E-30 infection of HIBCPP cells leads to strain-dependent alteration of TJ morphology involving occludin. HIBCPP cells were treated analogous to procedures described for Fig. 2. Cell layers were stained for nuclei with DAPI (shown here in blue), actin cytoskeleton with phalloidin (shown here in yellow), VP1 (shown here in green) and occludin (red).
