Historically well-performing tools such as Verify3D, Prosa and Dfire are outperformed by newer methods. Panel B - public methods currently available in CAMEO. New methods are constantly emerging, such as QMEANDisCo, eQuant2[53] and ModFOLD6, with QMEANDisCo currently being in narrow lead over ModFOLD6.
