Hubs derived from betweenness centrality (BC) intensity for the four groups (See Supplementary Figure S3 for details). In the good outcome groups, I and II, the high BC values and the hubs were mainly distributed around the paramedian region before CC, and shifted to more lateral regions after CC. In group III, the High-Bad group, the preoperative hubs mostly focused on the frontal regions. In group IV, the Low-Bad group, although the preoperative hubs were concentrated in the midline regions, their locations were not greatly affected by CC; they were still located near the midline regions in the three-month state.
