Dansameum extract regulates the expression of CD36 and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma in oxidative low-density lipoprotein-stimulated RAW264.7 Cells. Raw264.7 cells were pretreated with oxidative low-density lipoprotein (50 μg/mL) for 2 h. The cells were incubated in the absence or presence of dansameum extract (0.5–2.0 mg/mL) for 12 h.
