Notes: Following treatment with recombinant KL (0.4 μg/mL), Rap (1 μM) and 3-MA (5 mM), the LC3-II fluorescence signal varied among the different groups. HK-2 cells cultured on coverslips were incubated with anti-LC3B (1:400) overnight at 4°C, incubated with donkey anti-rabbit IgG-conjugated FITC secondary antibody (1:200) for 1 hour at room temperature and viewed under a fluorescence microscope.
