EC50 values correspond to the concentration at which half-maximum signal was obtained in ELISA, based on optical density at 405 nm. Neutralization values were determined using a plaque-reduction assay, where the IC50 corresponds to the mAb concentration at which 50% plaque reduction was observed. > indicates no plaque reduction in neutralization assays or no signal detected below 25 μg/mL in ELISA binding assays. DS-Cav1 and SC-TM represent stabilized pre-fusion RSV F.
