The cell cycle distribution of these cells with or without STAT1 inhibitor was detected. The cell cycle distribution of these cells had no obvious difference after radiation at 0 Gy. However, the percentage of G2/M phase in CNE-2R-ST cells increased after radiation doses of 2 Gy comparing with the control cells. Meanwhile, the percentages of S phase in CNE-2R-ST cells decreased (P < 0.05).
