Cytokines and chemokines in the lung graft tissue lysates were analyzed with a multiplex microbead assay. The levels of a group of cytokines were significantly lower in the grafts of KO mice: IL-2 (P = 0.002), IL-5 (P = 0.043), IL-12 (P = 0.032), IL-9 (P = 0.016), IL-15 (P = 0.045), IL-10 (P = 0.015). ^*P < 0.05.
