(A) HCT116, RKO, SW480, and SW620 colon cancer cells were transfected with negative control miRNA, native miR-129, or Mimic-1 at the concentration of 50 nM using oligofectamine, and cell proliferation was measured by WST-1 assay (B) HCT116, RKO, SW480, and SW620 colon cancer cells were transfected with negative control miRNA, native miR-129, or Mimic-1 at the concentration of 50 nM without any transfection reagent, and cell proliferation was measured with WST-1 assay.
