BAEC were irradiated at 10 Gy after pre-treatment with Pazopanib for 16 h. Total lipids were extracted at the indicated time post radiation, and ceramide content was measured by liquid chromatography, electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry. Value is the mean ± SD.
