The migration (A) and invasion (B) abilities of CE81T cells in the presence of 10 μM AKT inhibitor (perifosine) or 10 μM COX-2 inhibitor (celecoxib) were determined by wound healing and transwell assays. In the invasion assay, the invaded cells were stained with 0.1% crystal violet and evaluated by microscopy. All experiments were repeated at least three times independently. ^** indicates P < 0.01.
