Cells were harvested from E12.5 liver, labelled with CD71 and TER119 antibodies and isolated by fluorescent activated cell sorting technique (A). RT-PCR analysis shows that Redrum expression is highest in the CD71⁺ Ter119⁺ erythroblast stage (B). Results represent mean ± SD of three independent assays. Statistical significance was confirmed by the Student’s t-test (^* indicates P-value of < 0.05).
