The knockdown of PUMA inhibits the apoptosis induced by ATO combined with Dasatinib. (A) The expression of PUMA was detected by Western blot after a 24‐hr treatment with ATO and/or Dasatinib. (B) SUP‐B15 cells were stably transfected with control or PUMA shRNA. Stably transfected cells were treated with ATO (2 μΜ) combined with Dasatinib (40 nM) for 24 hrs. (C) Apoptosis was measured in the stably transfected cells with or without ATO (2 μΜ) and Dasatinib (40 nM) treatment.
