HaCaT cells were seeded in 96 well plate and incubated with CM-H₂DCFDA dye 60 minutes prior to UVB exposure, with or without carnosol treatment. (A) ROS was measured at 6 hours post UVB radiation with indicated concentration of carnosol treatment using ex490/em520 nm.
