Carnosol decreases HaCaT transformation rate upon UVB radiation. HaCaT cells were exposed to 10 mJ/cm² UVB radiation every 48 hours for 14 days. Cells were then collected and equal number of cells was re-seeded into 96-well plate with soft agar. After 10 days of incubation, cells were stained and the fluorescent intensity was determined. **p < 0.01.
