Table summarizes the membrane potential (Vm), input resistance (Rin), and cell capacitance (Cm) obtained during whole-cell recording of cultured DRG neurons from WT mice maintained in either control or high glucose conditions. Means were compared by unpaired t-test, no significant differences were found between the treatments.
