Incidental finding in a 48-year-old man. Axial CT in lung window setting shows a small round somewhat spiculated 7 mm nodule in the right lower lobe. The nodule clearly shows a bronchial interruption sign with abrupt cut-off of the bronchus running towards the nodule.
