Sarcoidosis. A 72-year-old woman had a prior skin biopsy showing sarcoidosis. a Bilateral mediolateral-oblique views and magnification view show multiple spiculated masses in both breasts. These had been unchanged for 5 years. b Positron emission tomography showed multiple areas of increased uptake in mediastinal and axillary lymph nodes. Histopathological examination of left breast ultrasound-guided biopsy specimens showed non-caseating granulomas consistent with sarcoidosis (not shown)
