Dosages reported are mg of pure psilocybin per kilo of the participant's weight. Actual dosages were compounded prior to the medication session based on current weight.
–Participant did not complete a second psilocybin session.
Indicates scores >0.6 on all MEQ subscales as rated after each session. If this criterion was met during the first session then psilocybin dosage was not increased for the second session.
Relative proportion of the number of heavy drinking days reported during weeks 9–12 of the study to the number of heavy drinking days at baseline. For instance, if a participant reported 30 drinking days at baseline and 6 during weeks 9–12, they have a reported a reduction of 80%. For full analysis of this and other outcomes see Bogenschutz et al. (2015).
