The results show that knockdown of Spry1 in hAoSMC decreases expression of cyclinD1, phosphorylation of pRb807/811, pCdc2 and pH3 compared to NT hAoSMC controls at 12 and 24 hours post-stimulation without affecting activation of pERK.
