IRE1α expression in clinical glioma samples. (A) Expression of UPR pathway proteins in primary glioma cancer cells after infection with the M1 virus. Primary glioma cells were isolated and cultured from clinical specimens. Cells were infected with the M1 virus (0.1 PFU/cell), and protein expression levels were determined with Western blots.
