RTD-1 suppresses TNF release from blood leukocytes. Human buffy coat leukocytes cells were stimulated with a panel of TLR agonists and treated with vehicle or 5 or 15 μm RTD-1. sTNF release is shown as a percent of TNF released compared with peptide-free controls for each agonist (pg/ml of sTNF).
