Lung Structure of MGP Genotypes at 25 days of Age. MGP heterozygous males and females were mated. At the start of pregnancy dams were fed either a control or a high-fat diet. These diets were continued throughout pregnancy and after birth. Wild type (WT) and MGP knockout (KO) offspring were analysed at 25 days of age. Graphs shows (a).
