(A) Twenty female athymic nude mice were injected subcutaneously with 2 million of UOK275 cells. When the tumor volumes reached > 80 mm³, mice were randomized into 2 groups. One group was treated with dasatinib (25 mg/kg week days by oral gavage) while the other group received the vehicle (water/PEG 1:1) in a similar manner. Tumor volumes were measured once a week using calipers. Tumor volume was estimated using the formula v = lxL². (B) Twenty female athymic nude mice were injected with 2 million of UOK342 cells.
