Early behavioral anomalies in 13a2-aSyn female and male mice. In the locomotor activity test, female 13a2-aSyn mice made more locomotor movements compared to WT mice at 2m (A) and made more rears compared to WT at 4m (B). In the adhesive removal test (C), male 13a2-aSyn removal latency was increased compared to WT at 2m.
