Adult ventricular myocytes treated with varying concentrations of hydrogen peroxide for 6 hours. Cells were co-treated with vehicle (0.1% DMSO) or 1 μM danazol, a known CYP2J2 inhibitor. The data presented are the mean and S.D. of three separate experiments performed on three separate days, with each experiment done in triplicate. All data were normalized to untreated cells.
