The effects of hydrogen peroxide treatment and 11,12-EET rescue on cells with diminished CYP2J2 expression. Cells exposed to CYP2J2 siRNA were more susceptible to hydrogen peroxide toxicity compared with cells treated with scramble siRNA. 11,12-EET treatment 30 minutes before hydrogen peroxide reversed this effect.
