[Ca2+]cyt release in the root of wild-type tobacco and nia30 mutant was stained by 10 μM Fluo-4 AM dye at 40 and 70 days in different treatments. Gradient of color (scale) is used for comparing [Ca2+]cyt intensity. Release of cytosolic [Ca2+]cyt evaluated with addition of 10 mM Lacl3 was used as Ca2+ channel blocker with control tobacco roots.
