Structural representation of JEV E epitopes defined by alanine-scanning mutagenesis and HDX. (A) JEV E-DIII epitopes for each of the eight mouse and human JEV MAbs were defined by alanine-scanning mutagenesis (shaded gray boxes) and HDX (boldface letters).
